Take a moment to consider your business as it stands today.

Are there any broken links in your hiring process that could be preventing your vacancies from being filled?

As a Hiring Manager, you’ll be familiar with how security clearance, the use of personality tests like Myers-Briggs or rigid job requirements can create further delays in hiring the right person (especially if your business is already in a niche industry).

So, by having a candidate marketed directly to you, who (a) perfectly matches a job specification, (b) holds security clearance if required, and (c) has recently taken an MBTI is surely the logical way forward? Through shortlisting and interviewing, a match to your company culture will also have been considered and often, testimonial references will be available – demonstrating further the suitability of the candidate.

Surely this all makes for a much more streamlined approach to filling a vacancy?

Sometimes however, submitted profiles or enquiries go unanswered, causing unnecessary delays. But let’s be honest, showing interest in a candidate who’s been presented to you on-spec makes perfect sense, doesn’t it?

The Benefits:

  • Faster hiring leads to better placements (which frees up your time), and longer tenure
  • You are introduced to a perfectly matched candidate, which quickly closes the gap on a vacancy
  • Your business thrives with the new talent
  • Resulting in new contracts being won and profits soar

So, given these benefits, why is there often a hesitation in accepting an introduction to these skillfully matched candidates? Agreed, a PSL may be in place, but when was it last reviewed? Are you even receiving the same quality profiles from it?

It is important to recognise that we, here at Pimento are deeply invested in our candidates’ success, working to secure roles that truly align with their skills and potential. With a laser focus on the needs of our customers.

By removing any unnecessary restrictions, the broken links in recruitment can be fixed – ultimately strengthening a business.

Let’s work together to make the process stronger and more connected.
