£35-45,000 (£60,000–£75,000 full-time equivalent) + bonus + benefits

About the Role: Our client is a growing technology company seeking a highly organised, proactive Part-Time Office

Manager/Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, tech environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

You will serve as a trusted partner to executives while also managing essential office and administrative functions. Strong communication skills, discretion, and comfort with modern technology tools are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support

  • Provide direct administrative support to multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, and coordinating ad hoc travel
  • Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports at board level
  • Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Organising events, with a particular emphasis on team and charity days

Office Management & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (physical and virtual)
  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, and office supplies
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of team members
  • Assist with internal communications and team coordination
  • Nominated fire warden / first aider

Administrative & Business Support

  • Help maintain policies, procedures, and internal documentation
  • Management of security clearances
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks as needed including annual auditing
  • Social media lead
  • Project based work engaging with external marketing agency
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency
  • Management of team subscriptions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
  • Experience working in a technology, startup, or fast-growth environment preferred
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Experience using Monday.com and Clockify preferred but not necessary

Personal Attributes

  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities
  • Tech-savvy and curious about new tools and processes
